I am, Chris Barnard, a qualified Personal Trainer based in Sussex.
I believe effective training is developed around you, your personal targets and having fun while doing it.... I am definitely not a 'drill sergeant' just there to shout at you!
I will help you set training goals and then work with you to achieve them, pushing you in a supportive and unintimidating environment.
Throughout I will provide regular fitness and body composition assessments, nutritional advice and access to myself inside or outside the gym for training advice and support.
